Appointments & Booking

All services at B.A.O. are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email. Booking an appointment constitutes agreement to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

Pricing

Service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation or at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra-long or extra-thick hair, specialty products, or add-on services.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please let us know within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right.

Limitation of Liability
